The Payroll and Benefits staff are responsible for the timely processing of all payroll, benefits enrollments/changes, personnel data and attendance. The staff must maintain computerized personnel files and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to state and federal agencies. They are responsible for the preparation and distribution of W-2s and 1095-Cs for employees, assisting employees with their W-4's, direct deposit, benefits forms, life insurance, Frontline Absence Management system and 403(b) annuities. The office also does research including pulling and coping records when requested.

Certified Open Enrollment is September 1 - September 30
Take the next month to review your options. This is your opportunity to elect or drop coverage, change from individual to family or vice-versa or, for teachers, to elect buyback.
While it is not required, it is also recommended that you review your life insurance beneficiaries and make sure they are up to date.
