Are you interested in becoming a Mentor?
If you, or someone you know, are interested in becoming
a Mentor in Pawtucket, please let us know.
We are looking for the best of the best out there
who can help support and guide new hirees.
It is preferred that mentors have five years'
experience in the Pawtucket School Department.
Mentoring in Pawtucket is a volunteer position.
We truly appreciate the time and
effort our mentors put in!
We need mentors in all certified areas:
-regular education teachers
-special education teachers
-physical therapists
-occupational therapists
-speech and language therapists
Our first priority is to pair up Mentor-Mentees
within the school and area of concentration.
When that is not possible, regular educators and special educators
are paired up within the school,
specialists are paired up with someone in their area.
Training will be provided for all new Mentors.

You may take the training and not have a mentee,
depending on the influx of new teachers.
