Take Home Book Bag Program

In order for your child to participate in our Take Home Book Program, you must complete and return a permission slip. I will send home a schedule so that you will know when your child will take home a book bag. It is very important that this book is returned the next day so that the next child on the list will not miss his/her day.

We will start our first book bag activity with the book Read To Your Bunny by Rosemary Wells. Complete directions (Spanish/English or Portuguese/English) are enclosed in the bag. I will take the picture that you have taken of your child to create a class book. Their page will tell about their favorite place to read at home. This book will go home to be shared with all our families. Then it will be placed in our classroom library.  I will send home the picture that you took of your child later in the year.
