Math Homework

Math worksheets will be sent home as needed to reinforce a concept that was taught that day. Your child should be able to complete this paper independently. Please check it over with your child to make sure. If your child has a problem, please write a note in the blue folder.

Reading

"Little books" are given to the children 3 to 4 times a week. These are usually sent home on Thursdays. Soon the plastic shoebox (which was decorated in December) will go home for your child to keep all his/her books. Your child needs to practice reading everyday.

Please continue to read to your child daily. Bookmobile library books can be used for this purpose. The bookmobile comes to our school every Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 to 1:45 PM.

Classroom library books will be available soon. Please look for this information in the blue folder.
