The Pawtucket Adult Education Program provides Adult Education classes to adult learners from Pawtucket and surrounding communities. PAE offers ABE- Pre-GED/GED and Multi Level English classes as well as career/job readiness and training.

Multi level English and Pre-GED/GED classes are held both day and evening. Our daytime classes are held M-Th 9am -1pm and our Evening classes are held two days a week, Monday and Wednesday.

Programing and enrollment begin late September coming to an end early June — (tentative dates based on funding) September -June followed by a five- week summer session

In addition to the classes PAE provides educational workshops, workforce training, digital literacy and computer basics. PAE has an onsite Bilingual outreach/case manager during our day and evening programming-wrap around services.  PAE provides a center based preschool experience children ages 2-5 years.  

Based on continued federal funds and meeting our state outcomes and obligations, PAE has been able to sustain a no cost program to ABE students for several years.
