John Cote

John Cote is a life long Pawtucket resident, attending K-12 in the district. He began working for the district in 1994 for custodial/maintenance. During the next 20 years he worked throughout the district at various schools. In August of 2014 he accepted the position of Assistant Director of Facilities and for the last 7 years he has been the Director of the department he has worked for the last 29 years.

During this period he also went back to college and received a degree in business with a concentration in law.

He oversees all maintenance and construction in the district, which also requires knowledge of the budget, State codes and regulations, and acquiring certifications.
