PSD: COVID-19 Mitigation Planning Checklist 23-24 & Plan
This checklist for COVID-19 mitigation policies and procedures is part of the Local Education Agency (LEA) Back-to-School Plan Health & Safety component. The objective is to support LEAs with their planning for baseline mitigation and capacity to scale-up as needed. The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) will use the information to support timely response to clusters and outbreaks and ongoing analysis.
