Pawtucket School Department Announces Recruitment Efforts for Hard-to-Fill Teaching and Support Positions District Aims to Strengthen Its Workforce by Filling Anticipated Critical Vacancies
Pawtucket, RI – The Pawtucket School Department is actively seeking qualified educators and professionals to fill key anticipated vacancies for the 2025-2026 school year. As part of an ongoing effort to ensure all students have access to high-quality instruction and support, the district is prioritizing the recruitment of professionals in Science, Mathematics, Special Education, Nursing, and Substitute Teaching—fields that are historically challenging to staff.
