“As the school year comes to a close, we reflect with deep pride and gratitude. 💙🧡

Last week, we ended strong by celebrating major milestones across our high schools. From heartfelt speeches to joyful celebrations, we proudly honored the Class of 2025 and all they’ve accomplished. Their determination, leadership, and resilience are a powerful reflection of the values we hold dear in Pawtucket.

This week, the celebrations continue across our district. Middle schools are hosting award ceremonies to recognize student achievements, and elementary schools are holding moving up ceremonies for our fifth graders. These moments are a sign that we are moving in the right direction, celebrating growth, progress, and the power of a supportive school community.

Throughout this year, we have witnessed powerful examples of perseverance, creativity, and care. Whether in classrooms, on athletic fields, or through acts of service, our students and staff have shown what is possible when we come together with purpose and belief in one another.

As summer approaches, we wish you time for rest, reflection, and joy. Whether you are traveling, reading, or recharging at home, may it be restorative and enriching.

We also want to ensure that your child stays engaged, enriched, and active this summer—academically, socially, and creatively—through a wide range of opportunities that include academic enrichment, career exploration, arts programming, recreation, and more. We are proud to share the Families 2025 Summer Programs & Activities Guide, created in collaboration with the City of Pawtucket and an incredible network of community partners. https://www.psdri.net/2025-summer-programs-activities/

We look forward to welcoming everyone back this fall, recharged and ready for the journey ahead.

Together, we thrive.”
