Dear Parents and Community Members,
Happy Thanksgiving to all! As we enter this season of gratitude, we are thrilled to invite you to one of our most anticipated annual traditions, the high school football game between Pawtucket High School & Saint Raphael Academy.
This exciting matchup is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26, with a kickoff time of 5:00 PM. The gates will open at 3:45 PM, and tickets will be available for purchase on-site and through the GoFan App. Prices are $7 for adults and $5 for students, and both cash and electronic payments will be accepted.
Make sure to bring extra cash to support the concession stands. We are also excited to announce that the Pawtucket School Department Marching Band will perform during halftime, a special treat for all attendees.
Additionally, we are proud to honor Pawtucket Alumni during this event!!!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note the following reminders:
- Bag checks will be conducted for all individuals entering the event. (Clear Bag POLICY ONLY)
- There will be no re-entry once inside the venue.
- The Pawtucket Police Department, administrators, and educators will be present to support and supervise the event.
Parking Information:
- Reserved handicap parking will be available in the Max Read Parking Lot.
- Overflow parking will be located on the side of Varieur Elementary School and along Pleasant Street.

Clear Bag Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all spectators, a Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for the Thanksgiving Day football game. Please review the guidelines below before attending.
✔️ Approved Bags
Each guest may bring ONE of the following:
- Clear Bags
- Must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC
- Cannot exceed 12″ × 6″ × 12″
- One per person
- One-Gallon Clear Plastic Freezer Bag
- Example: Ziploc-style freezer bag
- One per person
- Small Clutch or Wallet
- Non-clear clutch bags and wallets are permitted
- Must not exceed 4.5″ × 6.5″
- One per person
- Diaper & Medical Bags
- Allowed after inspection at the gate
❌ Prohibited Bags
The following items will not be permitted inside Mar Read field:
- Backpacks
- Purses larger than the approved clutch size
- Fanny packs
- Cinch bags/drawstring bags
- Coolers
- Any non-clear bags larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″
🔍 Additional Information
- All bags and items are subject to inspection at stadium entry points.
- Bags that do not meet the requirements must be returned to your vehicle.
