Another great Parent Engagement Workshop in the books!

Session 2 of our series took place earlier this week, as we dove deep into self-awareness, exploring how our emotional triggers and nervous system responses show up in daily life. Together, we practiced grounding tools that help us stay calm, centered, and truly present in challenging moments.

When we learn to regulate our own emotions, we model the same skills for our children and students, showing them what it looks like to pause, breathe, and respond with intention.
