This year’s theme, “Unite to Ignite,” highlights the power of connection, collaboration, and community. When we unite, educators, families, and support staff, we ignite potential in every student. Our school social workers are at the heart of that work. Through counseling, advocacy, crisis support, and connecting families with vital resources, they help remove barriers and create pathways for success.
Their compassion, leadership, and dedication help spark resilience, confidence, and hope in the students we serve. Because of them, our school community is stronger, more supportive, and better equipped to help every child thrive.
