We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Shea High School engineering students for their outstanding achievement at the 6th Annual Rhode Island WindWinRI Wind Turbine Challenge held at CCRI!
Our talented teams delivered an exceptional performance, earning FIRST PLACE overall and sweeping all placements across both divisions: KidWind and Homemade/Advanced. This remarkable accomplishment showcases their innovation, technical skill, and determination.
From designing and building their own wind turbines and generators to presenting technical solutions and tackling an instant environmental engineering challenge, our students rose to every occasion. Their success is the result of weeks of dedication, after-school work, testing, redesign, and true collaboration.
