This week, Pawtucket schools welcomed professionals back to hone their craft for the upcoming school year. At Potter-Burns Elementary School, the Belgian Waffle Truck was a hit. Delicious waffles topped with everything from S’mores to Nutella and strawberries – along with a healthy dose of teacher’s best friend, coffee, got everyone excited.
