Graduates Sign with Electric Boat

Fourteen Seniors from Shea and Tolman were celebrated at Electric Boat’s High School Signing Day and have accepted positions at Electric Boat. These recent graduates will start their careers as part of the EB team at the Quonset Point facility.

Each student previously participated in “Boat for Next Gen,” a three-week program that allowed students to explore and get hands-on experience with six different trades. Once graduating from the program, some had the opportunity to interview for Electric Boat. 

“It was an amazing experience, the program was really great – I’m looking forward to being at Electric Boat after High School,” said Roobensky.
