All student registrations are processed through our online portal.

To begin a registration, first create an account , then log into Skyward.

Have students from this family attended Pawtucket Schools at any time?

-You should be able to log into Skyward and complete the registration:  Skyward login 

(Use the “forgot password” if you don’t know your password.
As long as you know the email address you used, you’ll be sent a password reset.)

NOTE: Students that are actively enrolled in a Pawtucket school do not need to complete a new registration for the next school year.

What Do I Need?

The following documents are required to register your child for school:

 ·  Proof of Residency: Bank statement, health insurance statement, payroll stub, federal, state or local government correspondence, car insurance bill, utility bill, lease (choose two). 

All proof of residency documents must be current (within 30 days) and have your name, date and address visible.

 ·  Birth Certificate

 ·  Parent Photo ID (license or passport)

 ·  Health information requirements: Up to date immunization records along with the current physical, including vision screening. (NOTE: Certain grades have varying requirements. Our registration nurse will reach out to you individually if there is anything missing from your child’s application.)

Please be sure to upload all required documents and complete all fields before submitting.

We will email you with a request for missing documents since incomplete registrations cannot be processed.

Need Help?

If you cannot remember your username or password, click on Step 2 and choose “Forgot your Login/Password?” If you do not know your email address  or username on file, click the “Still need help” button at the bottom of this page and someone from our office will call to assist you.

If your child has always been vaccinated in Rhode Island, our nurse can search the RI database for current immunizations.

We require two proofs from the homeowner/primary renter, one proof from you and a notarized letter stating that you are currently living at that address.

Additional documents can be emailed and we will add them to your child’s registration (registration@psdri.net).
